Your merchandise will be shipped through FedEx. For international orders please call to verify shipping. There are certain areas where items cannot be shipped outside the U.S. All merchandise will be fully insured. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order was received. We will process your order and another email will be sent to you just to confirm that your order was processed properly and that the merchandise was available at the time of order. If the item is not in stock, we will get started on making the piece right away. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks. On some items it can take 3-4 weeks.
